About me

Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness, Coaching or  Gentle Talking Therapy with me is a warm and friendly experience.

I began my working life as a State Registered Nurse, qualifying from University College Hospital London, specialising in oncology and later primary health. I have an Honours degree in Psychology and Health Science, and a Masters Degree in Health Psychology. I have fully accredited Diplomas in Business & Life Coaching and Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. I have further training in counselling,  NLP practitioner Certification, Mindfulness, and  Compassion Focussed Therapy. My latest training course was in Third Wave CBT at the British Psychological Society in London. I am a graduate member of the British Psychological Society, the CNHC and on the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council & General Hypnotherapy Register.

I was born in Bristol and have lived there for most of my life. I have three grown children, three grandchildren and extensive life experience. I am cheerful, motivating and empathic with a great sense of humour. Having come through some major issues, at various times in my own life, I am now dedicated to helping others discover solutions through the wonderfully transformative process of hypnotherapy, as well as assisting change and offering support through, gentle talking therapies, mindfulness and life coaching.
